There's no good tool for this. Generic case management software wasn't built for the unique evidence patterns of TCPA work. Spreadsheets fall apart at scale. We built TCPACASE because we got tired of watching firms waste billable hours on intake when the actual case work was waiting.
What it does.
TCPACASE is a multi-tenant platform where each firm gets a private workspace for their clients. Your clients log their spam calls through your branded intake portal. The system extracts numbers, names, and scripts from screenshots and voicemails automatically. Patterns across your client base surface immediately, so you can spot class action opportunities the moment they emerge. Evidence packets generate as PDFs ready for filing, with the chain of custody documented from upload forward.

Your clients see your firm's logo and colors. Magic-link sign-in, no passwords. They can upload screenshots, audio voicemails, or type entries directly. Browser-side OCR pulls out the numbers and the scripts.

When 12 of your clients report the same callback number, you see it immediately. Class action targets surface from your own client base, not someone else's data.
Court-ready evidence packets
Generate a complete evidence packet for any client or any case as a single PDF. Date-stamped, redaction-aware, with chain of custody documented from upload forward.

TCPACASE is built and operated by the team behind Take Back Your Phone, a free consumer site where individuals document illegal robocalls. The two products share a small set of open-source libraries for OCR and call parsing. They do not share databases, servers, or any user data.
Your clients' data lives in your firm's dedicated workspace. It is never matched against the consumer dataset. It is never exposed to other firms. SOC 2 Type II certification is on the roadmap before commercial launch. Standard data processing agreement and BAA available on request.

We've spent the last year working with consumers who want to fight back against spam calls.
